Beatrice Bianchi Fasani

Giulia Fantacci

Beatrice Bianchi Fasani is a Florida licensed attorney and one of the founding member of the firm. She currently focuses her practice on inbound and outbound tax planning, pre-immigration tax planning, estate planning, real property transactions and corporate law.

Ms. Bianchi attended Boston University, where she graduated cum laude in International Relations and International Economics. After completing her undergraduate studies, Ms. Bianchi relocated to South Florida to attend the University of Miami School of Law where she graduated with honors with a Juris Doctor degree and a Master in Taxation. 

During her studies, Ms. Bianchi worked for the tax department of a Spanish consulting company located in Madrid, focusing on taxation of cross border investments between Spain and other countries. Additionally, Ms. Bianchi worked for several international law firms where she gained experience on corporate law, real estate law, estate planning and international tax planning.

Giulia Fantacci is a Florida licensed attorney and one of the founding member of the firm. Ms. Fantacci received her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from University of Miami School of Law and from University of Rome (Italy). Ms. Fantacci is licensed to practice law in Florida, Spain and Italy.

While attending University of Miami School of Law, Ms. Fantacci gained extensive knowledge and experience in Immigration practice and Criminal Defense. Furthermore, Ms. Fantacci law clerked for a prominent Family Law Firm in Miami, and she was a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Cohn in the 11th Judicial Circuit Court.

​Ms. Fantacci is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator and qualified Arbitrator.

Ms. Fantacci is a Member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association (ABA), Miami Beach Bar Association, National Italian American Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyer Association (AILA).
